Vintage Pedestal for Neiman Marcus lemon yellow short sleeve dress

No care tag but feels like cotton blend. The fabric has a slubby visible linen-like weave as you can see in the close up photos

Not marked with a size but seems to fit a modern XS. Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form and it fits well. Please use measurements to ensure proper sizing.

Measurements (laying flat):
Pit-to-pit: 16-1/2"
Waist: 15"
Hips: 19"
Top of shoulder-to-hem: 37"

Good vintage condition with a few pin holes around the chest area where it looks like someone once wore a brooch. Please see last photo for close up of this area. Original belt is missing so I'm including the vintage Guatemalan braided white leather belt shown in photos.
