Super fine antique Art Deco silver mesh coin purse with kiss lock closure
Back side has a tiny ring that you could use to hang the piece on, say, a chain necklace or belt

Frame tests as sterling silver but I didn't test the mesh for fear of mis-shaping it with a scratch test. That being said, pretty sure this portion is sterling silver as well
