Elastic waist and fully lined from waist to hem

Marked European size 40 and seems to fit in the ballpark of a modern S. Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form. Please use measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Good vintage condition. Please note there are subtle belt loops at each side but, if there was a belt with this dress, I do not have it.
