Vintage white cotton Broderie Anglaise tunic top that can be worn off/cold shoulder

Neckline is adjustable with an elastic tie (see last photo). Front has cotton lining but back is not lined.

Easy fit. Not marked with a size but seems to fit a modern S/M depending on how you want it to drape. Photographed on a size 2/4 ladies dress form. Please use measurements to ensure a proper fit.
