Fabric is a lightweight 35% cotton / 65% polyester
Not marked with a size but seems to fit a modern XS/S. Photographed on a size 2/4 dress form and it fits well. Please use measurements to ensure proper sizing.

Waist (un-stretched): 12-1/2"
Waist (stretched to shy of max): 15"
